“Lägenheten är i dåligt skick, fläckar på väggarna, hårda sängar och låg standard i badrum (tex mögel i duschen). Det luktar rök i lägenheten fast den ska vara rökfri. Men det som gjorde oss besvikna var att gardinstången hade gått sönder och hängde för hela fönstret och köksbordet hade lossnat när vi öppnade lägenheten, och det fanns även smutstvätt (lakan och handdukar) kvar i lägenheten, se bilder.
