Omega Schoolhouse is a beautifully restored heritage home with amazing views of the beach and rural surroundings - originally built in 1860 and thoughtfully reimagined with a striking contemporary addition. Dog friendly and perfect for your family or group of friends with extensive indoor and outdoor spaces. Nestled in a secluded pocket of Gerringong on the NSW South Coast, this retreat offers a peaceful country escape with panoramic views across the surrounding dairy farms, the township and Werri Beach.

Designed for families and groups, the house features two expansive outdoor decks - perfect for sunset drinks. Offering indoor and outdoor fireplaces, a bocce court, pool table, ping pong table, and library, generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, ample parking, and premium amenities, this home blends timeless character with modern comfort for an unforgettable stay.

Featuring 4 x Spacious Bedrooms:

(1) Master Suite: A luxurious king bed anchors this expansive suite, complete with walk-in robe and private ensuite. Wake up to views of the sunrise over Werri Beach.

(2) The Principal's Office: Located in the original principal's office, this suite features a four-poster queen bed, soaring ceilings, and a private ensuite. A character-filled space with heritage charm.

(3) Rose Valley View: A bright spacious room featuring a queen bed, a beautiful heritage window overlooking the surrounding dairy farms and original high ceilings.

(4) Dairy Farm View: Also enjoying views of the surrounding hills, this light-filled room features two king-single beds beneath high ceilings.

All bedrooms are newly carpeted and include ceiling fans, individual heaters, full length mirrors, and generous hanging and storage space. A premium single fold out bed (for a child) and/or cot are also available on request.

3 x Bathrooms + 1 Laundry with a toilet

The main bathroom and the master ensuite both feature large bathtubs, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring the countryside. All showers are fitted with dual shower heads for a luxurious experience.

Every bathroom includes underfloor heating, heated towel rails, ambient and task lighting, and soft night lighting for added comfort.

The newly built laundry is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, indoor drying rail, and outdoor clothesline - making longer stays easy and effortless.

Dogs Welcome!

- Offering a fully fenced backyard as well as a dog door, we welcome up to 2 dogs (sorry no cats allowed)

Children Welcome!

- Omega is perfect for visitors of all ages with loads of indoor and outdoor games and activities supplied.  There is a large fenced backyard.

- Please ask us to leave out a high chair if you would like for your little one!

In house Wellness available - simply ask and you can indulge in massage, Pilates or yoga without leaving home!

Wineries, restaurants, cafes, shopping, beaches, golf, as well as the towns of Gerringong, Kiama and Berry only short drives. We can even recommend private transfers if you would like to relax and leave the driving to someone else if you choose to venture out.
