“Cute tiny home that feels like a small motel room but not in a motel. Nice house like feeling inside, but could have benefited from a “spring cleaning”. Unfortunately, the wifi and tv connection didn’t work more than 5mins at a time during our stay. The location is near other older properties but we felt safe in the neighborhood and it was super quiet overnight. Close driving distance to downtown Hendersonville. ”

“Owner appears to really care about you having a lovely stay. Quiet focused on being dog friendly. Its a cute little home. It has all that is needed. The heat works well.I did not like that the home is directly on a at day time noisy street but the windows are quiet sound reducing. We did wash all dishes, left the place clean but our cleaning fee for the two days was 150.”

“We have rented for many years. Homes, cabins, etc. This cottage was outstanding. We were perfectly happy with the stay. Very clean. Everything seemed to be new. Privacy fence around the entire backyard, which was great for us as well as the dog. Near enough to downtown but approx. 3/4 mile or more to walk. All level walking area, but the heat can take its toll. There is plenty of parking in town, so if walking is an issue I suggest the short drive. The owners of the cottage were available at all...
