Though advertised as "guaranteed" they overbooked the property and the only reason I got the last room was because I checked in before them when we arrived. “We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and water park amenities. Discovered when we got here (it is not clear on their site) that there is a substantial fee to go to the water park and even use the pool. We also booked a family suite and were sad to find that the tv in the second sleeping area had been removed and there was nothing they could do. The gal at the desk when we arrived could do nothing and the manager in the morning was downright rude. I would not recommend staying here....

“We were passing through and booked Regency Inn the day before arriving. Lakeport was a nice little place by Clearwater Lake. The best thing about the inn was the pool right beside the lake. You have a marvelous view over the lake while swimming in the pool (the lake is sadly not swimmable). The room was typical inn standard and worked well for a family of four.”

“This is a reasonably priced Hotel for the wine country. Ask for a room not facing the Freeway. As breakfast is included, there are many families staying here so expect toddler noises during the meal. The gym is small but adequate with a Peloton bike, an elliptical trainer and two treadmills as well as 5+ pound weights. I was able to exercise in the pool the first day of our stay but on the second, loud, splashing kids with floaties took over at 10 am. So, expect noise from the other guests.”
