“Good facilities and location, however poorly ran. Before we arrived we could not access check in information as their system claimed we still had to complete payment, ignored 2/3 emails asking for this to be resolved. Took multiple phone calls to finally fix this. Broken AC, reported on 1st day was reassured it would be fixed and it was marked as urgent, was never fixed.”

Heavy rain, while we were staying impacted the bedroom, seeping through the ceiling, so we were obliged to find alternate accommodation for a couple of nights- Notified owner, but no assistance and no alternative provided”

“I had a lovely stay at this cozy place and truly appreciated the host’s warmth and hospitality. As a new host, they were very responsive and eager to help, which made a big difference when we encountered a couple of minor issues. The Wi-Fi was down for a day and the water heater took a little longer to sort out, but the host kept us informed and worked quickly to resolve everything. “Totally(and i do mean totally!) equipped apartment - fully renovated, everything brand new. Attentive (and lovely} hosts Matt and Steph (i mentioned i would like to watch a U.S. news programme- instantly provided cable} really want guests to be happy. For older people like us who like to feel real life going on around them- perfect.A few minutes walk from a very good supermarket, fishmonger,wine shop. And the days drifted by.... thanks again guys! “We loved our stay at this Maltese Townhouse. The views from the balcony are fantastic, and it is in a great location. We appreciated the unique layout with the stone spiral stairs. (We are able bodied, so this may be a challenge for folks who may have something that prevents them from going up stairs.) The communication was efficient and responsive. This place also offers an airport transfer that we found easy and helpful. We'll stay here agian! ”

“L'appartement est très bien situé, dans un quartier animé et très bien desservi par les transports publics (bus, ferry). Un petit supermarché à 2 pas et la promenade le long de la mer toute proche. Notre hôte a été adorable, nous proposant même de nous conduire à Mdina un matin. Le logement est en très bon état, propre et bien décoré. Point d'amélioration : quelques couverts et ustensiles de cuisine seraient bienvenus. Belle expérience pour notre 1ère location sur Abritel.”
