“Just great ”

“Kareim was very attentive to our needs and the apartment building is new and to high specifications, just as advertised. I had to move here, after spending one night at another location. That was a great disappointment. I would only suggest one thing that the shower unit needs to have a bath mat for when you come out the shower. Or squeegee be provided so one can can mop the water off the floor, as water still gets outside the shower when you are showering even though the door is closed.”

“The hotel was even better than we thought! The rooms were big, new, and very tidy. The staff were super nice and always ready to help. The breakfast had many fresh and tasty choices. The location was great, close to attractions and buses or trains. We also liked the calm and peaceful feeling in the hotel.”

“Rummet va inte rent, fläckar på mattan, toaletten var inte rent. Dåligt utsikt från balkongen, ( man fick bättre utsikt mot extra summa). Bäddsoffan var sönder. Det var snålt med frukost, vi fick så lite så vi blev inte mätta.”

“It was a really calm stay Beutiful wiew”

“The Plaza is on an unmade/dirt road just off the main shopping street so the 1st impression is not very good. Inside it is basic but has a lift and our room on the 4th floor was very nice. It is self catering and has everything you need including a microwave/washing machine. You look after yourself and put your rubbish in a bin by the lift which was emptied reguliary”

“Logés en appartement dans le complexe hôtelier, grand appartement pour 6 personnes, bien équipé. Accès aux facilités de l'hôtel. Hôtel : grand, bcp de piscines (une seule chauffée l'hiver mais suffit car peu de monde). Un aquapark sympa (seul bémol il faut être en all incl pour y avoir accès gratuitement, ceci dit pas de control l'hiver mais eau hyper froide !). Gros point faible de l'hôtel : la nourriture. Buffet avec beaucoup de choix (chaque soir spécialité d'un pays, mais pas de spécialité...

“It's a very nice hotel and the staff are awesome. The only issue I had is it was about 25 minutes drive from Hardagha or the Marina and the pool was not clean as it should be.”

“Friendly staff even though they barely spoke English. Late checkout was quite helpful. ”

"Hjälpsam personal som alltid vill att gösten ska känna sig nöjd och glad. Det ör service på hög nivå hos all personal. Stranden måste vara en av de bästa i Hurugada oxh är dessutom barnvänlig. Allt man kan tänka sig och behöver finns på hotellet. En del av deras rum skulle behöva lite renovering, men priset och allt därtill väger upp det. Är återkommande på detta hotell och kommer fortsätta komma tillbaka. "

"The snorkling from the hotel was better than the excursion we booked. Magical water. Lunch restaurant on the pier 8/10- Pizza is really good. Main restaurant for lunch & dinner buffe is ok - but can improve. Go there for snorkling and a beautiful & safe hotel :) "

Toppen!

"Andra gången vi bor på detta hotell. Allting var toppen’ vi blev inte magsjuka vilket är skönt. Ett Eller kanske två Förbättringsförslag är att städningar och moppningen specifikt bör vara bättre dvs renare vatten när man moppar rummen och att Badrummet bör uppfräschas. Annars toppen hotell och vistelse och har inga andra synpunkter. Ett stort tack till all personal som arbetar på hotellet. "

Great hotel

"The hotel is great and very nice. Hotel area is really good with a lot of beach chairs. The rooms are very comfortable and big. Food was good, breakfast was nice. Some of the things that we didn’t like: The reception was under staffed. We always had to wait for a long time just to ask questions. They really need a concierge area. Tuk tuk system to get out of the hotel could take a while some days. Time consuming. No taxi system. Gym needs improvement for sure. "
