Hotell i Gihombo

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are comfortable with a great view of the lake. Plus, the food in the restaurant was excellent, which made dinners so convenient. ”

“We made a booking for 2 rooms and paid for them 6 months ago. When we arrived at the hotel at 7pm on the day of our booking, we were told by the receptionist that the hotel was overbooked and got transferred to another hotel. The hotel didn't bother to inform us in advance of the change in our booking and thus ruined the unique experience we wanted to give to our foreign guests. They were certainly not impressed by Rwiza's unilateral decision to change a confirmed booking.”

“Chambre simple mais propre . Vue sur le lac magnifique . Emplacement parfait . Proposition d’activités sur le lac . Restaurant avec une bonne offre”

“Prima verblijf, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.”

“Calm and well situated resort, friendly environment, perfect for relaxing!”

“Great spot.”

“Gran vista del lago kivuu”

“The staff were wonderful, the food was delicious, and the hotel is right beside Lake Kivu. The chef even prepared food based on some dietary issues I had. In brief, I could not ask for a better stay. Kudos to all the kind and hardworking people working at this hotel ”

“The road to the facility is horrible, the facility is noisy, especially in the morning hours, the staff is rude, breakfast had spoiled ingredients, and I was charged for items I did not consume.”

“Nice getaway . It’s a perfect place for renewal. Not easy to get to however.”

“L’attention à chaque détail, tant dans l’accueil, la décoration, les services et activités, la nourriture, est exceptionnelle, rarement vu un niveau pareil ! L’hôtel est niché au milieu d’une splendide plantation de thé, juste en lisière de la jungle. Tout est beau, et encore, nous étions au début de la saison des pluies donc avec quelques orages… mais la magie a opéré avec la visites de dizaines de singes, d’oiseaux multicolores… Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour inoubliable ! Mikael”
