“L’attention à chaque détail, tant dans l’accueil, la décoration, les services et activités, la nourriture, est exceptionnelle, rarement vu un niveau pareil ! L’hôtel est niché au milieu d’une splendide plantation de thé, juste en lisière de la jungle. Tout est beau, et encore, nous étions au début de la saison des pluies donc avec quelques orages… mais la magie a opéré avec la visites de dizaines de singes, d’oiseaux multicolores… Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour inoubliable ! “We made a booking for 2 rooms and paid for them 6 months ago. When we arrived at the hotel at 7pm on the day of our booking, we were told by the receptionist that the hotel was overbooked and got transferred to another hotel. The hotel didn't bother to inform us in advance of the change in our booking and thus ruined the unique experience we wanted to give to our foreign guests. They were certainly not impressed by Rwiza's unilateral decision to change a confirmed booking.”

“Chambre simple mais propre . Vue sur le lac magnifique . Emplacement parfait . Proposition d’activités sur le lac . Restaurant avec une bonne offre”

“A beautiful hotel with all the amenities you would expect. Views, spa, pool, great food. Recommend!!”

“Härligt ställe att bo på. Lite lyhört från korridoren. God mat i restaurangen och frukosten var helt okej! Utsikten från rummet på bottenvåningen är över den mysiga trädgården med pool. Runt hörnet ligger stranden där det går bra att bada och göra båtutflykter. Andra restauranger ligger en kort promenad bort. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are comfortable with a great view of the lake. Plus, the food in the restaurant was excellent, which made dinners so convenient. ”

“The road to the facility is horrible, the facility is noisy, especially in the morning hours, the staff is rude, breakfast had spoiled ingredients, and I was charged for items I did not consume.”

“Calm and well situated resort, friendly environment, perfect for relaxing!”

“Safe Haven Apartments is a place that truly lives up to its name. It offers the perfect mix of comfort, privacy, and convenience. The location is excellent—quiet and secure, yet close enough to everything you need. From the moment you walk in, you notice how spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged the apartments are. The design is modern yet cozy, making it easy to feel at home right away. Each detail, from the comfortable beds to the well-equipped spaces, shows real care for guests’...

“Due to the proximity of this hotel to the current Ebola outbreak we gave advance notice of our need to cancel. Many hotels on Expedia will give 100% of your reservation back for a cancelation. Some have a more restrictive 50% refund policy. This was the only hotel in our travels that had an unfair and unreasonable cancellation policy. We even reached out to the staff but unfortunately they were very unresponsive. I recommend looking for hotels that are customer focused. This hotel is not.”

“Prima verblijf, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.”
