âFirst room was a dissappointement but was changed after first night - no problem. Second room was very good and above expectations. Good desk to work at, clean and with plenty of windows making the room light. The balcony was also adding to the overall feeling. The rating concerns second room, first room was a disappointment. â
âMy luggage was left behind in Cairo for the two nights I spent in Kigali. The staff at the hotel could not have been more understanding or helpful. They sent someone to get me a toothbrush and toothpaste, accompanied me into town to buy clothes and helped me to contact the airline as the airport staff would not give me their local contact details. I cannot praise them highly enough.â
âThe hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff is super helpful and very friendly. You have to go to the roof top open air restaurant- it is gorgeous and the food is excellent. The view of the city is amazing! Donât miss it! Also the breakfast is very good! A wide variety and very healthy!â
