“As an Expedia platinum client I must say this stay was amazing. Had a bit of an issue upon my arrival but the staff went above and beyond to correct it and make it right. Food was good, room was spacious, and location was great. The best part…felt like I was staying in an art gallery with beautiful displays of art all over the property. A must see for sure!”

“Great and comfy stay”

“Very nice staff, nice big rooms. Nice food. No complains at all. It is a bit from the city center. U need transport to get here. Highly recommended - will stay again”

“Rent och fint rum med köksdel och skön säng. Personalen mkt trevlig och hjälpsam. Nyrenoverat och smakfullt”

“Dated, old, not even close to a 5 star hotel.”

“The Hotel is very good even is far from the city and the area around is not very nice. The Room and the service is really good.”

“Our stay at Park Inn Kigali was truly outstanding. The service was excellent from start to finish — room service was prompt, attentive, and always delivered with a smile. The entire staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our visit. “Vi bodde här en vecka tidigare och hade en fantastisk upplevelses rakt igenom. Den här gången höll rummet (trots att vi fick byta) och servicen inte samma klass, men restaurangen med dess personal var lika fantastisk som förra gången.”

“Very good hotel. The only thing is that some/(most) of the workers at breakfast was very lazy. Here is room for improvement”

“Nice and fresh hotel with spacious rooms, serviceminded staff and good food!”

“First room was a dissappointement but was changed after first night - no problem. Second room was very good and above expectations. Good desk to work at, clean and with plenty of windows making the room light. The balcony was also adding to the overall feeling. The rating concerns second room, first room was a disappointment. ”

“Comfortable accommodations and amazing staff and owners!! ”

“Amazing place with excellent customer service. The staff were always polite, responsive, and quick to help with anything I needed. They fixed the phone in my room, helped unlock my safe after I forgot the password 😅, and were consistently helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is very clean, and I especially loved the unique setup of the pool and poolside area—it has a really nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Kim Hotel and would happily stay here again.”
