“House was great James was great to respond to questions and was a great host, we needed more ramp passes and he got those for us. House is right across the road from a private boat ramp very nice to be able to put you boat in and be on he water in literally a few minutes, house was clean and a nice front porch to sit in in the evenings and only a short drive to local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again !!”

They stock the kitchen with those extras needed when you walk in: water in the fridge, snacks, coffee and cream. We arrived late and those extras helped in the morning. “The only issue was it was not very handicap accessible. A Bannister on the outside steps would have been helpful. Patio could have been cleaned up a little better but over all very nice and clean and beds were comfortable.”
