“Very happy with the property. It is right on the lakeside and the lake is rather still most days making for great kayaking. The lake itself is pretty muggy so swimming, at least in this section of it, is not happening. However, the view and ambiance of the area is great. The neighbors to the right are pretty close, and it seems most houses in this area are rentals so Saturday night got pretty loud around us. The kitchen comes stocked with most things you need, and the beds were very comfortable....

“An easy commute (use the freeway) to the All Star Village fields!!!Decent fishing off the dock- we caught some small mouth bass and blue gill. Use orange swimbaits, small spoons, and flies.”

This property worked out great for me as I was back and forth to Cooperstown Dream Parks, I worked remotely from the house and I fished a lot. The property was spotless. I would come back. “Wonderful place to stay! SO CLEAN!! My family stayed Summer House while our oldest played at CDP. It was only a 7-8 minute to the park. It offered plenty of space for our other 3 boys to play and explore during any downtime! It came equipped with everything you need! Highly recommend! The hosts were fabulous!”
