“Would recommend staying here. Staff was friendly and super helpful after I locked myself out of my room twice lol. There was a smell I couldn’t place to the room, wasn’t dirty or anything. The bedding was kind of crappy, but was clean.”

“This historic district in Paducah is something to behold - and this hotel is a perfect place to experience it. The building has been beautifully and smartly renovated. The rooms are spacious and well designed. The mattress on our bed is ready for replacement and an upgrade. Awesome walk-in shower with two shower heads. Would happily stay here again.”

“We had a one night stopover during a road-trip. Paducah is nice little town with interesting history. The Respite is a beautiful place with great hospitality. The home cocked breakfast what’s served in the kitchen by the owner herself. We really enjoyed our visit!”

“Room smelled of smoke, water pipes were loud and noisy. We heard the family above us running across the floor until late at night. Staff who checked us is was also the only one working the next morning to check out and keep the breakfast bar filled.”

“The cabin's main bed was very cozy and comfortable to sleep on as well as the pillows. There was no hammock as promised in the ad. The ad led us to believe that the amenities included were apart of our package, but when we arrived, we found out that there were extra fees for laundry, ice, firewood, etc. Myself and my husband thought these things were included due to the way the ad was worded. The ad also made the cabin appear larger than what it was and not what we were expecting. We felt that...
