The property was in a great location, the host responded very quickly to any queries, the property was very clean, homely and had everything we needed, the bed had the comfiest pillows Iâve ever came across and the host had left us milk etc for a cuppa on arrival, beautiful interior and all that was needed for our stay. â
âThis is one of those rare gems where every detail of the property was extraordinary! Top marks for outstanding and lovely service- we were waited on hand and foot, absolutely beautiful decor, in the most luxurious setting in the heart of Belfast.
From the amazing complimentary cheese plate and wine and drinks on arrival to the fireplace and park views, the toiletries and soaps were also divine! I wanted to move right in!!! â
âI had a great time there. It was by walking distance from the train station in a quiet area. The host welcoming me was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was great. There were some noise from the other guests when they used their showers (I am guessing) which was a bit annoying, but probably normal for these older buildings. Overall a good stay and would recommend!â
âThe hotel seems like a luxury hotel both from the look and also the price! But the services we received did not feel luxurious at all. The curtain in the room was detached and there was leftover stuff from previous guests in the mini bar that started to grow mold! The TV was not only small but also did not work; neither the local channels nor the easy means to let us use our own streaming devices and to cast. The staff were friendly though and helpful.

"Quick check-in, nice rooms, comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again. Only think we noticed was that the floors didn't seemed hoovered and was quite dirty in our room. "
