“The hotel was awesome. Service was great and staff very helpful. Also, facilities were great. The restaurant and bar was topnotch. The service was a bit slow at times at the bar/restaurant but it didn't concern us the least; it may be because the hotel is quite new. The shared hotel spaces were always very clean and it was an overall amazing experience at the hotel!

“Great experience, from check-in to checkout. Rooms are perfect, the restaurant (The balcony) had some of the best food and wine we've tasted in the Azores. Would have preferred a sauna by the pool and a better gym.
It's awesome to have a swim in the natural pool/atlantic ocean just below the hotel.
Otherwise it's perfect!”

“Apartment was amazing: bright, clean, spacious. Breakfast items delivered outside the room each morning were high quality and complimentary. Excellent and timely communication was effortless using What’sApp. Staff were consummate professionals. Off street parking came with a remote to open the gate to the secure parking areas. Hot tub and accompanying saltwater infinity pool were on the roof. ”
