“What I liked most about this property is its remoteness. It is the place to go if you want peace and quiet and to commune with nature, without other people annoying you in the process. The facility is off the main road, and there are no traffic sounds to break the silence. It was so nice to see native animals & birds instead of people while staying there.”

“I stayed at Woodland Mirth with my bridal party prior to my wedding at Gurneys Cider. The house was fantastic & loved by all. Although close to the road, it is private & secluded. The gardens provided many opportunities for pre wedding photo shoots. Will look to hire again.”

“Spent 2 nights with some friends at this property and it has everything you need for your stay. Outside entertaining area is very good and shops/beach etc are within walking distance. Would recommend to anyone wanting a nice beach getaway”

“We loved staying in 'The Suite'. It was clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated, with the most amazing views from every window. Lying in bed in the morning looking out at the rolling green hills and watching the baby sheep play was a highlight, as was the outside fire in the chiminea one evening. So relaxing, and the hosts were very attentive and responsive to any of our queries, and we loved all the little touches around the room. We'd definitely be happy to go back! ”

“Being only a short 5 minute walk to the beach, this property has everything you'd want in a family getaway. Close to the shops and only minutes drive from all the close natural attractions like The Caves, Eagles We loved our stay amazing rock pools, this is a perfect place to use as a base. The only downside was that the huge yard needed a big tidy up, as there was hard rubbish in multiple areas that should be cleared out for saftey and aesthetic reasons. The house was large and had everything...

“Lovely property close to restaurants and shops in Cowes. Very clean and quiet but close to the beach and facilities. Simple and straightforward check in and contact with the manager was there if needed. ”
