Perfect location for family getaway

Perfect house for our short stay in Gisborne - beds were comfortable and house was spotless. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again for a short or long stay.

My Dad and I had a wonderful stay over the Christmas period. The home was very neat, tidy, clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Close to town in a quiet street with a small backyard for our dog. Thank you to the hosts.

The location was excellent for getting into town and easy access to the freeway.The National was about 10 minutes away.There were a couple of things missing on gaining access, but Michelle sorted the situation out promptly.This was my second stay in the house, so new exactly what I was getting.

A fantastic property perfect for our little girls getaway. We each had a bedroom. The property was clean neat and tidy had everything that we needed. It was freezing cold so we couldn’t make use of the outdoor area with the outdoor area was great as well. Nice little town Gisborne great op shops. Highly recommend three little pigs cafe in town. The food is sensational. The atmosphere is great and the customer service is amazing.The only that was missing was a tall mirror that we could see ourselves but that’s a girl thing!A bit confusing there is no driveway being a corner house and not able to park opposite a solid white line.Then a bus stop on the other corner side meant we made a choice to park on the front lawn, sorry!

Positives were clean, well stocked, easy access to highway. Negativives were no path to front door without getting muddy, only street parking, only heat/ac unit is in living room (no heaters or fans in bedrooms), no clothes dryer.

Plenty of room in this bright clean house

The family loved the property and were pleased with the space and great facilities. We did send a message to ask for Wi Fi- is it available? The beds were very comfortable.Can we book for the Christmas week 2025?

Christmas in Gisborne

We had a lovely time together. The living areas were suitable for 6 of us. We enjoyed an outdoor meal in the backyard. The place was very clean when we arrived. The locking system was easy. We would definitely come back.

House was perfect for our girls weekend, lovely and clean, beds were great too. Our only complaint was the small longlife milk was open/used and left on the coffee machine, and there was no other milk for us, and there was a rinsed cup on the sink??

Great location

A delay with checking in left us feeling a little deflated. However once we were able to get into our accommodation, it was a very usable space. Comfy beds and plenty of room for the 5 of us. Very quite area, but still a far bit to do with the outside space. Thanks for having us Michelle and Brian👍

Needs a couple

Newly renovated inside, which was lovely. However, the stove top was broken so we had issues cooking, there was no oven mitts and the footpath from the driveway was cracked and displaced (making it dangerous). Overall a lovely location and property to stay at.
