“Showed up and staff tried to put us in a lesser room in the basement of property. We spent 1.25 hours arguing back and forth even though our receipt showed exactly what type of room we were supposed to get. Property staff gave us two different explanations for mix up. Both of which were disproven by us through the use of receipt. It was clear the staff was simply trying to bump us into a lesser room to make more money off the better room. “Hi, in general fantastic place but we lived two floors up in the attic. The first evening I went down to the car to fetch something. I couldn’t see the switch to turn on the light so I went down holding in the rail but suddenly the rail wasn’t there anymore in spite of there were three more steps in a turn! I fell and I did heart my two knees. It was now 12 days ago and I still have a lot of pain. ”
