Nestled in the heart of West Gladstone, Kent Street offers a delightful blend of suburban tranquility and urban convenience, making it an ideal base for your stay.

Kent Street is just a short stroll from Gladstone's vibrant city centre, where you'll find an array of cafes, restaurants, and shops. The scenic East Shores precinct, with its waterfront parklands and recreational facilities, is also within easy reach, providing the perfect spot for relaxation and leisure activities.

A key bus stop near Kent Street is located at Flinders Street at Kent Street, serving as a convenient access point for local routes .

Enjoy comfort and convenience in this spacious, fully furnished three-bedroom apartment, featuring brand-new furniture designed to enhance your stay. The sleeping arrangements include:

Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed (with air conditioning)
Second Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed (with ceiling fan and portable fan)
Third Bedroom: 2 Single Beds (with ceiling fan and portable fan)

Ideally situated within walking distance to Gladstone’s lively city centre, popular bars, cafes, and the scenic East Shores precinct, everything you need is close by. Plus, with free unlimited street parking and an onsite car space, getting around is easy.

The apartment includes complimentary Wi-Fi, a 50" smart TV for all your streaming needs, a six-seater dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials. Whether you're here for business, a family trip, or a quick visit, The Queenslander offers a relaxing and convenient home base to experience the best of Gladstone.

HOUSE RULES:
*Check-in: After 3:00 pm
*Checkout: 10:00 am
*No smoking
*No parties or events
*Pets are allowed (special requirements are in place for this. Please refer to the additional rules below).

ADDITIONAL RULES:

*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is SIX people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to THREE people. No more than a maximum of NINE people are allowed in the property at any given time.

*In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay.

*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.

*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.

*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.

*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.

* Pets - We are a pet-friendly property. We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking and include your request in the reservation form as there is a pet fee of $110 per stay to cover the cost of extra cleaning and disinfection. Please do not allow your pets to do on the furniture.

*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.

* Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
