“Centralt läge, precis vid tunnelbanan, 10 minuter buss till/från stationen och gångavstånd till Inner harbour, M&T Bank Stadium och Oriole Park. Vacker historisk byggnad. Mycket rent, trevlig personal. Bra standard på rummet även om det märktes att underhållet var lite eftersatt. ”

“They charged another $ 50 for something without telling me and I still don't know what that for and obviously no receipt. Very small selection for the breakfast (no donuts). Coffee was weak. Room was very depressing and so was the hotel in general. Was not able to get a reciept either. Shuttle to the airport was convienient but super unclear how, why, where, and if I should pay for it. ”

“I came here to be with my father from North Carolina because I received terrible news about my father going into surgery than critical condition right after. I had to wait a day to wash because I wasn’t heard about wash clothes being needed for almost 36 hours until The front desk worker (young lady with locs) walked them up personally herself. She understood and listened to me during this difficult time and made sure she did everything possible to make life easier for me and I am thankful for...

“Very dirty suite room, hair in shower, cracked sink in bathroom, broken molding in bathroom, broken toilet seat. Very poor service at front desk. This hotel is very out-dated and needs a major renovation, would never recommend this hotel. ”

“We were coming in for a late check-in after our flight was canceled. The desk sstafff wwas extremely friendly and welcoming, and assisted us with getting our early morning shuttle ride scheduled and gave us toiletries since we had none with us. The room was clean and comfortable. it was a great stay”
