“Loved the house and the manager was incredibly responsive. The house is new and appointed with everything you’ll need in the kitchen and elsewhere. The location is just a few minutes from the entrance to wahweap marina with a great burger place in the gas station one minute away. “The property was exactly as pictured. We went to Powell with a group of our daughter’s friends. It was the perfect place to come home to after a full day on the lake. The house was clean and has everything we needed. Communication with the owners was simple and responsive. It was the perfect trip ”

“We loved staying in this new, clean home and using it as home base for our adventures on Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon, Zion National Park, Kanab, Peek-A-Boo canyon, and Grand Chamber, each of which were short, easy drives from the house through beautiful scenery. We ate in the house for breakfast and dinner every day. We found the kitchen to be well equipped and the grill to be perfect for cooking with a view. It was perfect for us and our 3 grown kids.”

"Only 1 tiny pillow per bed, but when we gently asked for more pillows ”they were out of them” And they where far from fully booked so they could hav borrowed from another room. "

Bad breakfast

"First of all, the booking said "View" but the view is for the hotel, not the room. After getting a room with a view of the hotel parking lot we complainef and got switched to a room with the actual view. The hotel feels a bit outdated in general and the AC unit in our new room was so loud it was hard to fall asleep. The breakfast is a joke 1/10 seriously. Everything is served on one off products like paper plates, plastic forks and cups. No vegetables in sight basically only bread, some beans (which was good tho) and store bought waffle dough."
