“The provisions were really mean. There was no firewood in the house or close by. Instead we had to go out under the house in the dark and carry firewood up in broken buckets. There was very little kindling and we had to buy our own the next day. There were no wine glasses and no provision to make proper coffee (no plunger or coffee machine). There was a dried out jar of unusable instant coffee. The bathroom has been incorporated into the laundry / utility room. There were no tissues or bin...

“When arrived We were told spa wasn’t hot cause it had water changed.kitchen sink was blocked so made it hard to wash dishes. Had to ask for fire wood and kindling. Leaves all over the deck. Garden not well maintained and to top it off, wasn’t told the power was turned off in the town during the night of leaving. Wouldn’t go back.”
