“The house was beautiful and was selected because of the amenities, Hot tub and fireplace/fire pit. I had reached out a day or 2 before to ensure they would be ready to use. Upon arrival, there was barely any firewood, especially not to use in and outdoors. The hot tub had such a terrible odor to it and was not ready for use. Lots of decor, hence the forced insurance which I’ve never encountered before. Owners seem to be far right based on signs and decor.”
