“Great house! We stayed here with another family for a basketball tournament at Spooky Nook Sports Complex. Enough room for everyone to sleep and chill out between games. 2 miles from Grub lake to go fishing. So nice to cook meals and not have to go out to eat. Laundry was a plus to wash uniforms!!! Host was easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!”

“We enjoyed our stay at the "Cozy Dark & Moody Home" very much and would definitely rent again. The unit was clean and comfortable with a great layout for families or groups, including an outdoor patio for relaxing after a long day. Even though you're in town, the location is awesome and easy access to great restaurants and pubs, the highway, area colleges, and there is a supermarket less than 2 miles away. Our host, Justin, was responsive to our questions and super great to work with.”

“Only bathroom was on 2nd floor so lots of stair climbing which was not ideal for us. Water pressure in bathroom sink was almost non existent but shower was ok. Bed mattress was very high which made getting in the bed difficult for shorter people. Kitchen did not appear to have any heat in it but based on time of year this was a not a big problem. House did have a gas odor I assume from the fireplace which we never did use”

“The house was lovely and the kitchen was well-appointed. We had an issue with low temperature in the hot tub as well as not being able to find the separate towels for the hot tub. I messaged the host through the app and sent a text message to the number provided. I did not receive a response until the day we were checking out. “This house is fantastic for large parties. Enough room to spread out, wonderful kitchen. Enough towels for everyone, hot tub and pool (wish we came in better weather to use this!) the campfire area is fantastic, as well as the game room. Lots of games and things to do. Close to everything, good pizza down the street, wonderful views!! Excellent communication from owners. Would rent again for sure!!”
