Stugor i Glen Rose

“My daughter did a one night girls night and it was perfect. My daughter LOVED getting to see the animals on the farm. The host was amazing and answered all of the questions we had. There was a sweet little parrot and the store on the farm that my daughter was obsessed with too. Everything about this stay made the best little girls trip.”

“We loved staying in a cabin at DVRVP. Check-in was super easy, cabin was clean and the A/C worked great. We especially enjoyed the adult-only pool which we had to ourselves most of the time.”

“The Grandkids (6 & 8) had a great time exploring the farm and feeding the animals. They also enjoyed Big Rocks Park, the Wild Animal Park and the Dinosaur Valley State Park. The Carriage House was quaint and fun, but would have been better with dish towels and more kitchen dishes/utensils. Also, The bedroom is crowded for 4. There was also no water pressure when we arrived because a hose had been left on in the farm area. That was solved relatively quickly.”

“We were looking for a place to stay for Parents Weekend at Tarleton, but everything in Stephenville was booked. We ended up finding this hidden gem in Glen Rose, and we couldn’t have been happier! It was the perfect place to get away from the crowds, relax, and truly unplug. The kids especially enjoyed playing on the playground and watching the deer in the mornings. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be planning additional stays here when we come to visit our daughter!”

She is incredibly sweet, kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about her guests. It’s rare to find someone who creates such a warm and comfortable atmosphere, but she does it effortlessly. The guest house was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing family getaway. “This cabin was perfect for our spring break getaway! The beds were super comfortable, and the general store had any needed items (my kids wanted milk with breakfast, which I forgot). Not to mention the pools, the adorable baby goats, the dirt trail for biking, and access to the river right on site! This was def a 10/10, and we will be returning again! ”
