“The place was very clean and well taken care of. The location was perfect - close to the freeway, shopping centers, gas stations, coffee shops and restaurants. The room itself was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure for the shower was great. Loved that it had a kitchen with a full size refrigerator. Will definitely stay here again.”

“The rooms and baths were good . The lobby, common areas and kitchen area were great. The pool area was very crowded at times due to the fact that the pool was shared with the hotel next-door. The pool itself was great!
I have to say that the luggage cards are absolute garbage. They are three wheel carts . The wheels vibrate so bad that your luggage falls off of the cart! Happened to us twice!”

“This place was very nice and spacious! The pool was huge and very close and they have little courtyard sitting places right by this condo. My only three negatives are the couch, which looked like it was about to lose a spring and was very uncomfortable; there were only two drinking glasses but lots of coffee cups, plates, bowls, etc.; and the upstairs neighbors who were literally stomping around and moving what sounded like boulders around their place.”

“This property is located in the WestGate ENTERTAINMENT District. However, the hotel is trying to maintain a quiet, peaceful ambiance. It is not aligned with the location. While at the pool, security is constantly rounding and asking questions of its guests. My family booked 5 rooms. There were a lot of us. It was disrespectful and annoying to feel as though we were being watched. We had kids with us. Brought snacks to the pool for them. We didn’t know that is prohibited. It was not a great...

“Very nice newer property. Staff very accomodating, and friendly. We are senior citizens and my only complaint is that the common doors are very heavy and hard to navigate. It definitely wasn't built with seniors in mind. I did not ask for a handicapped room, which i should have done, as the step into the tub is too deep for my husband, with Parkinson's to navigate.
But I'd definitely stay here again..”
