“As a family we have stayed at this hotel a number of times now, as it is a great stop off point for us on the way to Cornwall. The staff are very helpful and polite, the hotel itself is very clean and spacious, and the swimming pool, whilst being small, is a great attraction for us. The only thing I would say is that if you want dinner in the restaurant then it is imperative that you reserve a table ahead of time, otherwise it will likely be fully booked.”

“Mysigt litet familjehotell, nära till Gloucester centrum där både affärer, katedralen och Gloucester Docks finns. Frukosten får man väja antingen engelsk med ägg och bacon och sånt eller mer vanlig frukost med gröt och yoghurt och sånt. Föredrar att få plocka ihop frukost själv via en buffé annars hade jag satt högsta betyg. Katedralen i Gloucester är imponerande och väl värd ett besök! Småbyarna runt The Cotswolds är magiska. ”

“Good clean room, air conditioning was welcome in the summer heat. It was a little further from the main town than I was expecting. The downsides are the internet is ridiculously slow and to get faster internet there’s an additional charge as was the 15 pound charge to check in early, which I understand if you were asking for an 8am check in but, to charge that much when you’re an hour early seems a bit money gouging.”

“Bed was lovely and comfortable. Room was very nice. Struggling to get in and out of the shower. Staff on the whole were lovely but felt there was an atmosphere of discontentment amongst staff. Food expensive with service charge added without giving us the opportunity to say no. Rats running around the skip outside. Needs a general paint job outside. Leaving on a positive the breakfast was lovely.”
