“Location was good. House was from the 1900. There was charm to it, but doors were literally were falling off hinges. This property could use a face lift. Rugs were nailed to older carpet. Very spacious and stocked with kitchen items. There was a mouse in the kitchen. I understand sometimes it’s out of the owners control. “The property is nicely located but in need of updates. A lot of the lamps are plug in vs light switch and there were some flickering lights behind the TV. One lamp was missing a light bulb. No outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer. The second bathroom is missing a door handle making it hard to open and close.
