Beachside Dreaming Beach House

This very comfortable and affordable three bedroom, two bathroom home is ideal for families, couples or small groups. House is close to swimming beaches, the surf, cafe's and cycle/walking paths. Home has quality fittings and furnishings. Whatever your holiday activity, or whether you just want to relax with a glass of wine taking in the views to the national park, Beachside Dreaming is comfortable, ideally located and is value for money. Due to local council requirements, there is a limit of 5 guests permitted to stay.

The house has 2 queens, one double, one single bed and a travel cot. The house is licensed for 5 guests plus an infant in a cot (not bed).

The house is baby and toddler friendly, fully fenced and includes a cot and high chair. There are no steps making life easier for toddlers and the disabled. Plastic cups, crockery and cutlery provided for little ones.

Wireless Broadband connected. Reverse cycle in kitchen/dining/family with fans in bedrooms (if needed).

Gnarabup/Prevelly is the beach region 10 minutes to the west of Margaret River town (famous for the Margaret River Pro at Surfer's Point and of course the numerous wineries). You would be staying in the heart of the Margaret River region, but still have easy access to other areas in the wider south-west regions such as Yallingup, Dunsborough, Eagle Bay, Gracetown and Augusta.

Beachside Dreaming is NOT A PARTY HOUSE and is not suitable for guests wishing to make undue noise. Beachside Dreaming is NOT AVAILABLE FOR SCHOOL LEAVERS.

Loved the location - lovely walk to the beach each morning for a swim, and the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with friends. The master bed was super comfy, kitchen well appointed and lovely and clean throughout. Would definitely return. Just had to watch out for the super friendly/cheeky magpie when eating outside!

Quiet and comfortable getaway

Comfortable home for the family to stay, with 2 living areas and a lovely outdoor area. Fully equipped kitchen. Easy walk to The Common. A little walk to the closest beach access. Bringing bikes would give a little more flexibility to explore without getting in the car, but maybe I was just in a lazy holiday vibe. While it was a busy holiday season in the south west, it was nice to be in a spot that felt calm and quiet.

Comfortable Place near the Ocean

Nice clean property in easy walking distance to Ocean and Restaurant. Woodheater and Streaming on Smart TV adds adds to the comfort. Lovely master bedroom with en-suite and the other two bedrooms are also decent. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely relax

This property is in the heart of a lovely area. Quiet and peaceful, with everything you need at hand in the home. A very quick walk down to the beach (about a km to the nearest one) and lovely cafe's and restaurants in walking distance. Will definitely stay again. :)
