“Staying at top of the hill is a great experience. Overall service was good but on the first night (Friday) service was pretty poor (long) at the bar and food at Eagle restaurant was not great. The lounge side restaurant on Saturday night was a lot better and service at restaurant and bar on Saturday night was much better. ”

“My partner and I stayed on the 5th Floor Fairmont Banff Springs Gold Floor View. This was the very best experience. Access to a Full Lounge with Breakfast and Dinner items and access to drinks and snacks throughout the day. Comfy rooms, wonderful beds! Very helpful, friendly and attentive Gold Floor Staff. “Somethings always special about this new property. Always something interesting here. Overall happy with getting early check in and parking at 1pm and housekeeping staff very friendly. The shower was a bit on weak side getting the water to be super hot, but the bed is comfortable and view is nice. Overall it’s a great stay.”

“We stayed at the Rimrock Hotel in April 2025 and were genuinely pleased with the entire facility. We enjoyed breakfast buffet at Primrose, watching hockey games and drinks at Divas, coffee and snacks from the coffee shop, etc. The front desk and concierge staff were helpful and efficient, and it was helpful to borrow show chains for our shoes as recommended by the concierge for hiking. “Another great stay with no complaints. One of the roof top hot tubs was under construction so we had a small wait to use the one after a day of skiing, however we sat and had a drink in the lounge which was great! Amazing views and great service.”

“Lodge in a great location but very much over priced compared to other lodges we stayed at this week in Banff/Lake Louise. It’s outdated and lacks more modern features, e.g. keyless entry (card). Additionally, the TV did not work, the password to the wifi was nowhere to be found, to mention a couple of issues. The beds were great and comfortable but the rest of the interior was outdated and needs an upgrade.”

"Rummet var stort och passade oss med mycket bagage. Läget var utmärkt. Vi hade en väldigt tråkig utsikt. Cafeet på hörnet var perfekt för frukost. Garaget var prisvärt och det fanns alltid gott om plats. Vi saknade att det inte fanns någon bra information om hotellets faciliteter. Vi saknade att det inte var öppet i baren för en drink efter skidåkningen. "
