The Lily Pond House is a perfect sanctuary to call home, as you explore all the Southern Oregon Coast has to offer. A quick 5 minute walk to an amazing beach and a 10 minute drive to town, restaurants and Coastal State Parks.

Sleeps 4, with two luxurious king bedrooms. 2 extra sleeping arrangements available on fold-out floor futons (bedding provided).

Peaceful outdoor area with seating and dining areas, fireplace, SPA, outdoor shower, BBQ and open yard.

Parking for boats and trailers.

The Lily Pond House is stylish, newly built, single level home with modern appliances, amenities and amazing outdoor area.

*House next door is also available on Airbnb, listed as Garden by the Sea, by the same host. (Sleeps 8)
*There is an extra "Guest Fee" of $25 per guest per night over 4 guests. First 4 guests are included in the base price.

SINGLE STORY HOUSE:
Beautiful open space kitchen, living room and dining area. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, half bath, and laundry room.

KITCHEN: White granite counter tops, large cooking island, deep kitchen sink, glass stove top w/ pot-filler faucet, electric oven, large refrigerator/ freezer, drip coffee pot, toaster, cookware, dining ware, glassware.

MASTER KING BEDROOM/MASTER BATH
King size bed with large sliding door to deck. Two bedside tables each with lamp and charging station, large smart TV with Roku and full closet with drawers. Full bathroom attached with spacious tiled shower w/ rain shower head, deep bathtub, two sink vanity w/mirror, and private toilet room.

SECOND KING BEDROOM
King size bed with large sliding door to deck. Two bedside tables each with lamp and charging station, large smart TV with Roku and full closet with drawers.

SECOND FULL BATH
Located in shared hallway. Shower/bathtub, single sink vanity w/ mirror and toilet.

DINING AREAS
Intimate 4 person table set to the side of kitchen. Two additional bar stools at kitchen island.

LIVING ROOM
Large leather couch and love seat, coffee table, tall table w/ tow chairs, large Frame TV w/ Roku.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Fantastic outdoor porch area with awning. Comfortable seating areas, 4 person hot tub, outdoor shower, and BBQ.

Large yard and garden: Large maintained yard perfect for yard games.
There is always something in bloom in the garden: lavender, hydrangea, jasmine, princess flower and more. Lily pond with lily flowers in season. Although there are hedges and fences surrounding many portions of the property the yard is NOT securely surrounded by fence.

PARKING: Large parking area with room for boats and trailers. Please speak with host prior to booking if you plan to bring one. NO RV hook-ups allowed.

LOCATION
The home is located 8 miles north of Gold Beach in the Nesika Beach/Ophir area. Front of property is set along a county road. Large yard and line of trees set on the back of property. Dropping down from the line of trees is Hwy 101. Neighbors to the south are separated by a Lily Pond and neighbors to the north are separated by a large driveway.

WALK TO THE BEACH
It is only about a five minute walk to Nesika Beach. Walk includes about a block and a half walk along county road, walk down a narrow dirt path and crossing Hwy 101. Map provided at house. Please keep in mind that Hwy 101 can be busy in the summer while crossing and dirt path is not maintained and can be muddy/slippery in the winter. Beach is also just a short drive away.

EV Charger: Just the 240 outlet is made available. Chargers are not provided.

We had just a wonderful stay! The property was cozy, clean, very quiet, and welcoming - perfect for relaxation. Clare was absolutely awesome - friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!

10/10 experience and stay!

This property has to be one of the best places I have stayed at. The home was absolutely beautiful. It looked exactly like the pictures that were posted. Everything was stunning and so clean. The hot tub was great. The highway being near by was not an issue at all. Super quick walk to the local beach. I had never traveled to Gold Beach before but we will definitely be back to stay here again. Not to mention Clare was an amazing host and did a great job at communicating directions for the house, per arrival. This is a great home for a weekend getaway!! Can’t wait to go back again.

Lily pond birthday

Beautiful house, and decor, was a nice get away for my daugter and I. Hot tub was great. We will probably not stay there again for location only. We heard traffic from Ophir rd and 101 directly on either side of the house all night. The "5 min walk" is no way a safe 5 min, and it takes you through the side of someones property and you have to cross Hwy 101, then over a gaurd rail to Nesika beach access rd. Very expensive for the location.

Perfect beach house

This charming house was luxuriously appointed, soooo clean and had the most beautiful yard to enjoy. We walked down to the beach, which was freezing!, but we're able to come back and warm up in the hot tub. They even have an outdoor shower to wash all the beautiful black sand off before going inside. The house appeared exactly as listed, which is so rare these days. Thanks Clare for a wonderful stay.

Romantic weekend away

My husband and I were able to plan a kid-free weekend away and were looking for a cozy place to stay. We found the Lily Pond House and were in communication with Clare early on about booking the home…the pictures very accurately portray this house. It is so bright, clean and comfortably furnished. All the amenities are well maintained and stocked. Including the fantastic hot tub! The weather was cold and rainy so other than a little shopping and eating out which was quite close by, we also walked the beach a couple times which was just a little drive across the road and down a bank. The house was very nicely located in a quiet neighborhood. We would absolutely recommend this home to friends and family…my mom uses a walker and this home would be excellent for her to get around because it has very few transitions or steps between the front walk, house and deck…lastly, Clare was a wonderful host! She was quick to reply to any questions and was very thorough in the process of checking in and out. She also made some great restaurant recommendations as well. We do hope to return to this rental again in the not too distant future!
