Perfekt läge.
Låst garage under huset. Stor lägenhet för självhushåll. Bra frukostrestaurang runt hörnet. Liten pool och bubbelpool i trädgården. Mycket bra management, trevliga och hjälpsamma.

We really liked the excellent position, wide ocean views with wonderful cafes and restaurants located away from the Bust Surfer's Paradise district. The building works on the block next door woke us up 7am on a Saturday morning which was a nuisance, but were interesting to watch from our balcony. The lounge was the most comfortable anyone in our family had ever sat in!

Main beach is just actoss the road, Surfers Paradise is just 2.3kms away, Tedder Avenue is just blocks away. The view from the high floor is amazing, property is clean, old building but well maintained, well secured and good WiFi. Highly recommended and we are definitely coming back.

Property was in good condition. Only issue was that there was a very bad odour near the kitchen area which was not pleasant at all.

Great location 5 minutes from Seaworld and 2 minutes to the beach. TV was exceptional, but difficult to operate. Swimming pool clean and well lit in the evening. Carpet tacks sticking out near the bedroom sliding door. Watch out for small step to the laundry which caused some stubbed toes.

I liked the location, the apartment is older style and I would definitely not list it as luxury apartment!!! The lady at the reception was very unfriendly and unprofessional. She liked using the “whatever “ terminology quite a lot! Any time you asked her something , her response would be very short and unfriendly! Once the car park door was stuck , as I was unable to open it with the key that was provided by her & when I called her to advise her , it seemed all too much . Overall it’s not a bad place , it will definitely be better if the service changes & the lady at reception treat clients with respect and professionalism!

Thank you for your feedback. I am quiet shocked by this review. When you had problems using the Cook top & Foxtel, I had left for the day but drove over to show you how to use it. I gave access to your guests & showed them how to call your apartment - just in case I wasn't at reception when they arrived.Also with the garage door issue, I rang the Manager immediately who went straight downstairs to help you get out.

Great location, beach just accross the street. Barry was very friendly, but Kate at reception ... unfriendliest receptionist ever. We asked for an extra car park and Barry said yes. When I checked in and reminded her, she questioned why I would need that. Also don't dare to say your unit doesn't look like photos. She immediately goes on the attack and is ready to kick you out in 10 min if you prefer to cancel through Expedia. It was Friday 4pm and my husband didn't want to look for another place. I booked through this site and didn't have the opportunity to choose a unit, this was it, but she insisted that I booked a "standard" unit and can't expect "luxury" as per the name of the units on Expedia. This unit a dated, 3 star unit in a great location, nothing more. It was neat and clean. We enjoyed our stay at the end after I made peace for paying nearly $340 per night for it.

Thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify, you were offered a refund as we had no other apartments to move you too & you expressed that you were disappointed in the unit you had booked. As you booked via Expedia we do need confirmation from them before cancelling any booking.Your booking was for a Standard low apartment over the final weekend of the Commonwealth Games & School Holidays. When you spoke to Barry we had quiet a few apartments vacant which meant we would have spare car spots. We did however book out, but we were still able to give you a spare car park.

Close to the beach and great view
Spacious apartment with a breath-taking view. Everything neat and tidy. Can the owners get rid of cockroaches, which were hustling through the master bedroom and living room?

Amazing Apartment - With Stunning Views!!!
Truly fantastic experience from start to finish.Staff went out of their way to help us and ensure our comfort and enjoyment. The apartment was absolutely amazing, spacious and inviting with fabulous views all round. Cannot recommend this place enough, will definitely be staying here again if I come back to the area. Turture and terrible stay! Out of Expedia standard
This is first time ever in my life see an accomodation for 275$ per night with this quality ! From first hour I find out this is ripped off place. No staff at 4pm ! No remote for parking ! No aircon no ceiling fan work inside apartment ! The manager is rude and ask to get out the hotel! She insulting us! I was with family and kids that worst stay! Thanks Expedia for relocating me Called the police as I get locked in bathroom at midnight! So if you like to be turtured and get headaches choose this place They sent fake images to Expedia. This is not 4+ apartment. I would say 1 star one. Check the images and see how they cheating travellers.

Excellent location and nice rooms
Our family (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed for 9 days, couldn’t fault the location, across the road from the beach and walking distance to cafe, small grocery store and restaurant. Excellent facilities and maintained amazingly. Great general location not too close to Cavill Avenue so not over whelmed with party goers but you can walk there. G link (tram line) about 5 mins walk and gives you endless possibilities. Room was spacious and clean - view was spectacular! Already planning our return visits during the year ahead!

New construction blocks views of the ocean on lower floors. Furniture in living space was oversized and table dining table very wobbly. Apartment was dated. Pictures looked much nicer than the real life version. Kitchen was well equipped for family meal preparation. Location was out of the hustle and bustle. Public transport very close.

Very nice hotel across from the beach
First time at this hotel, overall experience was a positive one with just one negative. I had booked and paid for a luxury apartment - HIGH floor. On collection of our keys, we had been given the 5th floor, which was disappointing as we all had the expectation as per our booking that we would be on at least the 8th floor or higher.
