Hi Donald, Thanks for taking the time to provide your honest feedback, we strive for 5 star guest experience and I will personally look into giving that very apartment some TLC. We are just waiting on new hardware to arrive to resolve the WiFi in that apartment.

Thanks for your honest feedback, we inspect each apartment prior to guest arrival and on departure, if there's any repairs that need attention, please let reception know and we will rectify this immediately. We have been working on updating the decor since taking over management in January 2019, this apartment, has had the bedding with new bed runners updated, brand new curtains and re-tiled balcony. We will be doing the carpet and the furniture very shortly! Usually our guests love the absolute ocean front location, 5min walk from Nobbys where you will find wonderful cafes and restaurants.
