Guest Access:
The property has 4 bedrooms, but we will lock one of them. If you have friends visiting, feel free to let us know, and we can open the room for you. Please note that there will be an additional charge for the extra night and cleaning fee.

We strive to ensure guests enjoy their stay by providing fresh linen, including 2 bath towels per bed and 1 hand towel per bathroom.

[Regarding Unexpected Cleaning Issues]

If you're not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of your apartment upon arrival, we'll arrange for a cleaner to address the issue within 6 hours.

Any cleaning-related concerns must be reported to the host within 6 hours of check-in for resolution. Failure to allow remediation will result in no refund.

The house is professionally cleaned after each stay and is expected to be left clean and tidy upon checkout.

Any additional cleaning costs or damages will be the responsibility of the guest.

Single-air mattresses, travel cots, high chairs, and baby baths can be provided upon request. Please notify us if needed. Prices are as follows:

[Lost and Found]

We will hold lost items for up to 2 weeks. Items can be picked up or mailed to your address, with postage charges applied.

Before booking, you may be required to provide proof of identity. This measure ensures a safe environment and compliance with age verification requirements. Rooms cannot be rented to individuals under a certain age or using different names. Your personal information will remain confidential.
