  • One of the newest apartments in Broadbeach and centrally located within walking distance to the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. The light rail downstairs will take you into Surfers Paradise within mins. The apartment is great for couples, business travellers, and families, especially with kids. Free Wi-Fi, Netflix & Parking provided.
    Please note that our properties are deep cleaned after every stay, including light switches, door knobs, keys, lockboxes etc!

We were very happy with the apartment - it was exactly as described. Very clean, had everything we needed & amazing views of the beach. Great location, you were only a short walk to the beach, resturants/shops. The tram/bus, Pacific Fair & the casino just across the road. Mike was great to deal with & quick to respond.Look forward to returning again.

Our Melbourne Winter Getaway

We totally enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and beautifully positioned to the beach and great restaurants. Lovely beach views and our very high floor.

The view was amazing, being on the 32nd floor with a beach view in Broadbeach, can't really complain! The kitchen was mostly well equipped, other than only having 3 bowls, now has another 4 after we went and purchased some. Overall the property was clean, but the lounge needs a deeper clean. Decor nice and modern and living area spacious. A significant reason we booked this property was because it had listed a king bed in the main bedroom, a bath in the main bathroom, Sauna and Games room. None of which were correct, Queen bed, no bath, sauna or games room to be found. But the thing that completely soured the whole experience was the fact that the host put a $500 hold on my credit card without my knowledge or authority and then I spent hours arguing with several people to have this rectified. This was not advised at any stage and the response to my questioning of this was exceptionally poor. Had the listing been accurate and the host been upfront about a security hold, then I would have rated higher.

We recently stayed ( 7 nights) for our first family holiday with our 3 year old son and WOW it was amazing !! Exactly as it’s pictured online and in a fantastic location ( couldn’t find better) close to restaurants/main strip as well as Pacific Fair/tram/buses - easy walk to everything with a toddler also ! Mike is as an amazing host and was quick to respond with a few little hiccups upon arrival with the wifi/TV. Property was clean and well equipped as were hotel facilities. Staff on-site were also very helpful & friendly. Thanks for an awesome holiday Mike, we will be recommending your apartment to family and friends & can’t wait to return. Earley Family :)

Spacious and comfortable apartment. Easy walking distance to Pacific Fair and restaurants. We had some minor issues during our stay but the owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

Views and Location 👌

Apartment was beautiful just like the views. Could not have been in a better location. Fantastic restaurants, cafes and bars within a short stroll. Pacific Fair Shopping Centre about 500m away. The Star Casino across the road. Beds and pillows so comfortable. Apartment all setup for a long or short stay. Yes we will stay again
