Unit 1 is our premium apartment, comfortably sleeping 4 guests and features beautiful views to Bilinga Beach.

The apartment includes:

• King bed in the main bedroom

• Two single beds in the second bedroom, separated by a barn-style sliding door - ideal for families

• Newly renovated kitchen, bathrooms and living space

• Custom feature wall showcasing legendary surfer Mick Fanning, photographed by local surf photographer Juan Medina

The Neighborhood:

Bilinga Beach is a quietly charming stretch of the southern Gold Coast, loved for its long sands, coastal walkways and easygoing local vibe. It’s a great spot for morning runs or gentle walks, surf sessions and lazy afternoons on the sand — then wander off the beach to discover small cafés, breakfast spots and seaside paths. Coolangatta, local restaurants and the airport (just 2 minutes away) are a short walk or drive away, making Bilinga a convenient base for exploring the coast while still offering the calm of a neighbourhood beach. Perfect if you’re after relaxed beach days, coffee stops and true coastal downtime.



Getting Around:

Local cafes, restaurants and surf clubs are all just minutes away as is Gold Coast air-port, just minutes by car or taxi. You can get around on the e-bikes provided to guests (2 x per unit with signed waiver), walk or utilise local buses, taxis or Uber.
