Notice OF Proposed Building Works - Being conducted currently and due to be completed approx mid-April 2026.

Works include drilling, concrete removal, re-waterproofing, and brick replacement, resulting in high noise levels throughout the building.

1km walk to Tweed Centro Shopping Centre with Target, Coles, Aldi and Woolworths plus variety stores
800m walk to the centre of Coolangatta with plenty of shopping, dining, cafes and cinemas

Take a leisurely stroll along the beachfront pathways which run from Rainbow Bay right up the coast to Currumbin, enjoy an afternoon cocktail and watch the sunset at the local surf clubs. Snapper Rocks and Greenmount surf clubs are an easy walk.

Cleanliness

The unit needs to be a lot cleaner balcony was filthy. The blind in the second bedroom should have been replaced years ago. The unit is in a great location we loved everything about it but unit needs some dollars spent on it. Things are looking very tired

The property was clean and tidy and quite comfortable. Unfortunately we had to hire a car as we were unfamiliar with the exact location and walking was not an option. Parking was near impossible.
