Guest Verification & Security Deposit

Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:

➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).

➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long

We provide 1 apartment key, 1 key card. If you would like a second set of key, a $200 security deposit may be requested to cover any lost keys or access passes. This is also refundable post check-out if all is in order.

No smoking is permitted inside the apartment or on the balcony. Additional cleaning fees will apply if smoke is detected

Used Extra Bedding? Please Leave It Out

If you use any extra blankets, duvets, or pillows during your stay, kindly leave them out in a visible spot at checkout. This helps our housekeeping team identify which items need to be laundered and ensures that all linens are fresh and clean for the next guest. Please avoid returning used items to storage, as this may lead to them being overlooked during cleaning.
