“Property had everything you need for an out of the way getaway in the mountains — little gems everywhere we looked. Need a hammock, they’ve got it; want to play an old or new album, yep a turntable too; and much more. Kitchen was great with coffee grinds ready and all. Kids loved the space for playing games and relaxing after a day out and about in the mountains. Master suite was away from kids rooms for a nice space to ourselves. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the morning to yourselves...

The kitchen setup is really nice with full size fridge, 2 “burner” induction stovetop, microwave and toaster oven, French press coffee, pots & pans, utensils and plates, bowls, cups, glasses. Very comfortable bed. Perfect for a trip for two to Grass Valley.”

“Rented this house because I had a wedding to go to in Foresthill. Wow - this is like a treehouse -your view is the forest. The wrap around porch is where you spend most of your time - very tranquil and relaxing. I would highly recommend staying at this house if you need a getaway to be able to relax. “Overall, excellent. We stayed 2 nights in winter. Roads were clear. A few other homes in sight but strong sense of privacy. Heating and cooking were good. Good tmobile data reception. Didnt try streaming. TV with DVD player and HDMI input. Driveway is between Bonnynook Rd intersection and american flag. Home is very clean and well equipped for your stay. Hosts are very accommodating and friendly. Top rating.”
