Hotell nära Golden Pearl Beach

"I would never recommend anyone to book this hotel! Even if the view is amazing and really easy access to the beach. 1. I’ve never been this disappointed over the none existing service, we tried to eat at the hotel restaurant a multiple times but no one wanted to take our order so after a while we ended up leaving… the problem the staff was just to lazy to take our orders because we were the only one there… 2. We found out that the restaurant at our hotel was so much more expensive than the two other hotels restaurants. And surprisingly they had excellent service. 3. We were so disappointed that we left 2 days before checkout, and when we checked out the staff tried to scam us. They said we had to pay 8000 tbh for our bills in the restaurant and when we asked to see the bills we calculated we only ate for 3800 tbh. 4. It is so remote located it was hard to see the rest of the island."

"We had a great time while staying at this hotel. Nice room with comfortable beds. The AC on the other hand could not cope with the high humidity which caused the floor to be all wet a lot of the time. Our clothes went damp because of this. I would have given this hotel a lower rating if it wasn't for the exceptional good service we received. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Vi bodde på Lanta Sand i 9 dagar som familj med två barn under lågsäsong. En pool var stängd för renovering. Plus: otroligt bra läge precis vid stranden, fantastisk service och vänlig personal, bra frukostbuffé (barnen pratar fortfarande om de nygräddade våfflorna!), rymliga rum, rimliga priser. Minus: mycket sliten anläggning, det behöver definitivt renoveras. Med det sagt, om man inte bryr sig så mycket om utseende så skulle jag varmt rekommendera Lanta Sand! "

"Amazing hotel, lovely staff, great food and breakfast buffé. Super happy! As other has mentioned there is noice from the nightclubs until like 2-4am so if your a light sleeper it is good to be aware of this. We stayed with our baby and toddler and we were ok :) "

"I loved this Hotel and the staff were absolutely amazing! Would definitely recommend and visit again. Improvements: - I expected more out of the breakfast, it was ok but not more. - The “sunbed system”, people would lay their towels early in the morning on sun beds and not appear until 3 PM, so they reserved sundbeds and not using them for the whole day, ridiculous. We also got into an argument with other guests after they took or sundbeds (we were gone for approx 30 minutes because we checked out in the morning instead of 11). They were very aggressive and did not act as adults so we moved to another pool in the area. "

"På grund av det magiskt vackra vattnet, den fina vita sanden och alla tropiska fiskar som simmade runt oss så ångrar jag inte detta ställe för en sekund. Det var det vackraste vattnet vi skådat i Thailand. Däremot var hotellanläggningen lite sliten, rummen var enkla men också slitna och med dålig belysning, i synnerhet i badrummet som hade en enda kall vit klen lampa mitt i taket, du såg nada i spegeln, servicen i receptionen samt de som hämtade oss med båt samt tog vårt bagage osv var också opersonlig och lite anonym. De slängde väskorna av och på, sade knappt hej. Någon enstaka i restaurangen stack dock ut med sin karisma. Vi har bott på sex olika platser under denna resa i Thailand och detta hotell kändes minst angelägna om sina gäster, annars är just servicen något som kan höja en upplevelse mycket. Lyhört och hyfsat stört område pga transportfordon på området samt hög musik från strandområdet. Poolerna var dock fräscha och varma."
