Kyaiktiyo-pagoden

I had no problems whatsoever. Clean room and helpful staff, many of which speak some English. Good local style breakfast with choice of how egg prepared.

If you´re going to stay for a couple of days in Rangoon, this is the place. History paired with great hospitality. How about butler service 24 hours per day? Relax by the salt water pool, enjoy food and drinks or hang out at the Sarkies bar. This is not the place to pick if you´re looking for the lowest prices. But if you´re searching for a memorable experience in a town on the rise, I can highly recommend The Strand Yangon. If you´re not staying here, at least go for breakfast or drinks.

Riktigt fint hotell men lite långt från stadens centrum! Fin pool!
