“This is a great place to stay! Very clean and has everything you will need! Best bang for your buck by far! This is the 3rd property I've stayed at in Kingman with this host and every time, the process has be so easy. They are great to work with. Communication is great. The location is perfect!! The neighborhood is quiet and it's between 2 main exits so anything you need is not far. I highly recommend and will continue to use this host when I'm in Kingman.”

“Property was as pictured and very clean. Comfortable beds, lots of towels. Host was responsive and supplied coffee, laundry detergent and even some food. Washer/dryer and AC were great (I didn't cook but I'm sure the stove etc worked) Note: Plan to arrive before dark; it would be ill-advised to drive those unfamiliar roads at night. Gas up before coming and bring some food; the lone restaurant closes early and doesn't always serve breakfast. No gas station in Oatman. Spotty cell service but we...

“Close to everything-Laughlin, the casinos and the river. Only downside was the guest shower. Could not entirely close off the bathtub spigot. So the shower had very little water pressure. Other than that, the house was great. Would stay again if I'm in the area.”
