“Our 4 day stay was in Room 401. Pet friendly. End of hallway on the fourth floor. I can only describe our stay as frustrating. Firstly, there was no hot water for the first two nights. Then a maintenance crew was sent and the problem was fixed. The telephone in this room did not allow me to communicate with the front desk.
