“Our 4 day stay was in Room 401. Pet friendly. End of hallway on the fourth floor. I can only describe our stay as frustrating. Firstly, there was no hot water for the first two nights. Then a maintenance crew was sent and the problem was fixed. The telephone in this room did not allow me to communicate with the front desk. The other problem with the room was the humidity factor in the room. Although the A/C ran constantly our clothing felt damp to the touch. That issue was never...

“The resort rooms are very dated! There’s an old smell to the rooms. The pictures online of the rooms are deceitful.. The Marriott should be ashamed of this place. It’s not a representation of their brand.”

“The Hotel was nice. Our room was for most parts. The bathroom was the worse of our stay. The bathroom was clean at all. The shower still had hair in it. The stank was nasty had old water stains in it.”

“The staff were friendly but think worked, the room keys would continuously stop working, the pool area was ok but could use an update. Inside the room one of the handles wasn’t working and even after it was “fixed” didn’t work well. The frig wasn’t working so they swapped one out. The lobby smelled odd. Just wasn’t a great experience.”

“Located on a large lake / waterway associated with a natural preserve. Very lovely view out back on the terrace. Very peaceful and quiet. Plus lots of really good shops and restaurants just across the street. I will definitely stay here again.”

“My family’s stay was built around the indoor swimming pool to celebrate my glam daughter’s graduation. Suffice it to say I have a less than stellar review of the “Hilton “ brand. As a seasoned traveler frequenting brands with standards and ratings 4-5 range . Considering its locale too I’ve reached out to corporate to share the unsavory experiences and am open to dialogue.”

“One of my favorite hotel stay for sure. Nice size room, friendly staff, cleanliness from the parking lot to the inside. The breakfast was actually pretty good and nice gym. Last but not least, extremely convenient to everything from restaurants to shopping. I personally recommend and give it a 5 out of 5⭐️”
