âExcellent welcome from Reception staff. The hotel is gorgeously decorated for Christmas. Many beautiful Christmas trees in all areas. Top of the line, elegant restaurant. Very nice outdoor seating and mini playground for kids. Pool working and used by many people. Very clean everywhere. Room very nice, big, nicely furnished and incredibly clean. Clean and working bathroom too. All beautiful, the Moody Garden pyramids and the Christmas lights fest just outside, glowing with the wonderful lights....

âThe room was great, very nice and clean. It was borderline luxurious! They didn't clean the room or restock the two little bottles of water to make coffee. The shower head needs to be replaced badly. Still gets 5 stars though! â

âVery nice resort. Breakfast was not included and a little pricey. Very friendly and helpful staff in all areas. The walls seem to be thin so the tv next door was heard in the night and people in the hallways in the lat evening. All in all the decor was nice and the room beautiful.â
