“Very nice place ”

“Didn’t meet our expectations at all. Not worth the price! No functional standby generators. Upon arrival, the room wasn’t well cleaned, same for the bathroom. There were mosquitoes in the room as well. The pool a dirty, looks like the water hadn’t been changed in a long time. We suffered power outages at least 4 times and we had to just go out rather than stay in the heat. The annoying thing is, there was no communication whatsoever from the staff or hotel management. We had to pester them...
