And I had contact with them several times on WhatsApp, 2 months until a few days before our stay and still they totally failed to mention this even when they know we had a child with us! We had to move to another place after one night (booked and payed for 5 in advanced, never doing that again) since it definitely not safe for a child to be living in a construction site. “The hotel was not able to honor my booking-- the rooms we booked were not available . No manager was on the site and the only staff who was there was not able to validate our Expedia booking. Alternate rooms they suggested were terrible. We ended up securing rooms in a different facility. ”
