“ A beautiful little bed and breakfast in a Jane Austen like setting. We had the lady Jane room, a large room with plenty of space, private bath and a small pantry. Room has everything you could ask for and then some. Breakfast was prepared and readily available in the fridge and cupboards and we handled everything ourselves. We had breakfast in the extraordinary garden, what a gem of a place that was! Room did not have individual Aircon, but it was cool and nice so apparently they controlled...

“Very clean, basic but just what I needed. Lolcation looking over the adjacent park was lovely in a suburban area, felt like I was in the bush. Check in/out was easy, host answered my call when I confused the water tap in shower. I was staying as visiting nearby family from overseas and would definitely stay again.
