The kitchen is fully equipped for relaxed seaside living, featuring stainless-steel appliances, a Nespresso machine for easy mornings, and ample bench space for preparing family meals. The adjoining dining area for six and breakfast bar make gatherings effortless and sociable, and a rear door leads directly to the backyard. Here, the fully fenced lawn invites everyone to relax and play — fire up the BBQ, let the kids explore the cubby house, while the adults unwind with a glass of wine beneath the vast South Australian sky.

When it’s time to rest, the sleeping spaces provide a sense of calm and comfort. The master bedroom opens to a peaceful balcony with views across the greens, the twin room is bright and simple, and the bunk room offers flexible arrangements ideal for kids or friends. Two bathrooms — one with integrated laundry facilities — ensure group stays are smooth and convenient.

The separate teenage retreat, complete with a ping-pong table, offers a relaxed hangout zone for games and downtime. Air conditioning and ceiling fans provide year-round comfort, while off-street parking and a private entrance make arrivals easy.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
