“Everything was good. Would recommend to anyone”

“Compact clean rooms. Courteous and polite staff. Amazing food at in-house restaurant. IRD experience was very good and food preparation and presentation were very nice. Overall, a wonderful stay at this property. A thumbs up if travelling with family or solo. Located near railway station makes it perfectly located. 4.5/5”

“The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and polite. The restaurant had good food variety and the staff were excellent.”

“They demanded an additional 500 rupees immediately. I showed them my PAID receipt. We got hit up 3 more times with this, different amount each time. We didn’t pay it because.. business is supposed to be honest. The room locks all have the same combo. Black mold in the ceiling, broken outlets, a noisy, smoking mini split AC.. but it worked. “Hotel is well located and properly maintained. The staff is very co operative. Also the breakfast was super good”

“Great location near the market + great food/service, but recent staff turnover, early check in charges, and unrepaired water noise in room 311 were disappointing.”

“y stay at Treebo Urban was overall satisfactory. The hotel’s location is a big advantage, especially being just about 1 km from the railway station, making it convenient for travelers. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable, and basic amenities were provided as promised. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff was polite and cooperative. Overall, it is a decent option for a short stay, especially if location and convenience are your priority.”

“Not so good property and they have worst breakfast also surrounding is really terrible 24hrs noise of buses if you are spending this much money don’t waste your money over here ”

“Good central location, nice, helpful staff.”

“Arrived at the hotel and reception said they had no bookings. Even that I booked and paid 10 days before. They had no empty rooms, so had to find another hotel. Luckily hotels.com was fast to refund my money. But was glad, hotel looked nothing like the pictures, it looked really run down and dirty.”

“Room not properly clean, mosquito were there, couldn't able to sleep properly. Bathroom fittings were bad condition, room telephone not working for calling reception, I had to call their Landline from my phone again and again, staff was not cooperative, not going to stay here again even if provided for free. ”
