“y stay at Treebo Urban was overall satisfactory. The hotel’s location is a big advantage, especially being just about 1 km from the railway station, making it convenient for travelers. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable, and basic amenities were provided as promised. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff was polite and cooperative. Overall, it is a decent option for a short stay, especially if location and convenience are your priority.”

“There were cockcroachrs in the room. Even after repeatedly telling the staff there was no change. Wanted to change the hotel but manager and staff were not helpful.”

“Arrived at the hotel and reception said they had no bookings. Even that I booked and paid 10 days before. They had no empty rooms, so had to find another hotel. Luckily hotels.com was fast to refund my money. But was glad, hotel looked nothing like the pictures, it looked really run down and dirty.”

Bathroom fittings were bad condition, room telephone not working for calling reception, I had to call their Landline from my phone again and again, staff was not cooperative, not going to stay here again even if provided for free. ”
