“Comfortable bed and very soft pillows. Nice small balcony looking out towards the mountains. Versatile coffee machine in the lobby (cappuccino, lates, etc). Walking distance from the Old City in Safed, along safe sidewalks, if you're willing to spend 20-30 minutes in the sweet mountain air. Pretty clean room. “I really liked the hotel, the rooms are huge and very nice, the hotel is very clean and generally very pleasant. The breakfast is pretty good. There's also plenty of parking, though can get a bit tough when it's busiest. My only problem with the hotel (though minor) is that there are only 2 small elevators that is not sufficient for the amount of guests that the hotel is designed for. I highly recommend this hotel, had a great stay there.”

“Oh boy, what to say? The owner is very, very nice, and the place is right at the seafront, close to nice restaurants and the main sights in the city (it's a tiny city, though). However, it was very difficult to find, since it doesn't have a sign (is it a legal hospitality accommodation?), the public spaces are filthy and the private rooms, though reasonably clean, worn and in desperate need of renovation. For the adventurous traveller only. ”

“Great location in the old city but hard to find and nearly 60 narrow steps to carry your bags up. Find Uri Buri restaurant and look for a square black sign on the building to the left. Little signs direct you up all the way to the top. The room is lovely and the host has added a number of nice little extras. Our room didn't have a microwave so that must be in the other room as there are only two.”
